Our cottage is situated on the border Dinard - St Lunaire, about 200 meters from the beach and less than 900 meters from shops. This holiday home can accommodate up to 4 people over an area approximately 35 m2. It is available for rent by the week, weekend or at night.

• the set is closed and provides a large play area safe for children
• the house and the cottage is timber framed

• Parking outside. Possibility to come in with your vehicle at your arrival and departure.

• A guest room adjoining the cottage is available for hire. The room has a separate entrance and access to the terrace of the house. The bedding of 2 people (160 cm) is new. The room has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
